DHS Sec. Kristi Noem testified for a second straight day about the fatal shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti by federal agents during Operation Metro Surge. Wednesday, Noem appeared in front of a House Judiciary Committee. FOX 9's Tim Blotz has more.
