Ralliers call for quicker action on police reform in Brooklyn Center

While Minneapolis voted to keep its police department in place on Tuesday, the City of Brooklyn Center is working on reform for its police department. But, residents who gathered outside the department on Wednesday say that change is coming quickly enough.
