Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey says after George Floyd, city is turning the corner

In a one on one interview with FOX 9's Tom Lyden, Minneapolis Mayor Frey said the city is turning a corner. He said his priorities are making sure the city remains safe and the recovery continues.
