HELP ID: Teen assaults elderly man in St. Paul, flees on electric scooter

Police in St. Paul, Minnesota are asking for the public's help in identifying a teenage boy who assaulted and robbed a 77-year-old man Tuesday before fleeing the scene on an electric scooter.?
