Family dedicates memorial bench to Mandy Matula at Minnesota State Fair

The family of Mandy Matula dedicated a bench to the Eden Prairie woman at one of her favorite places - the Minnesota State Fair. Mandy disappeared in 2013 and was found in a shallow grave months later.
