Delegates keep open minds as Dai Thao continues to campaign for mayor

The race for the DFL endorsement for St. Paul mayor heated up Sunday, with Dai Thao making his way to the 7th ward in an attempt to smooth over allegations his campaign managed may have solicited illegal campaign contributions.
