Rule change for Minnesota Ballpark Authority suite at Target Field

Following the public outcry over how the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority distributed Vikings game tickets, the Minnesota Ballpark Authority is changing the policy on who can use its suite for Minnesota Twins games.
