Gov. Dayton inches closer to compromise on pre-K expansion

A big fight at the Capitol over one of Governor Dayton's top priorities, voluntary pre-kindergarten for four year olds, continues. The governor wants to expand the number of school districts offering pre-k. But House Democrats think the money is better spent on other early learning programs.
