Report says nurse neglected patient in severe pain during final hours

An investigative report by the Minnesota Department of Health revealed tragic details about one patient's end of life care. It laid out what appears to be unnecessary pain and suffering of a 58-year-old man while in the care of a nurse at a St. Cloud nursing home during August of 2016.
