Allen Scarsella found guilty on all counts in shooting of 4th Precinct protesters

Allen "Lance" Scarsella was found guilty Wednesday on all 12 counts in the shooting of five Black Lives Matter protesters outside Minneapolis' Fourth Precinct in November 2015.
