3 St. Paul stranger rapes linked, suspect arrested

St. Paul police have arrested a man in connection with three rapes after DNA analysis linked the cases. Larry Donnell Griffin, 38, was arrested during a traffic stop near Hazel Park Preparatory Academy on Tuesday.
