Minnesota AG fights Wells Fargo arbitration clause

Minnesota?s attorney general sent a letter to Wells Fargo CEO John Stumpf on Tuesday, demanding the bank drop a pre-dispute arbitration clause that currently forces victims of the sham account scandal into arbitration.
