Government report: Most ISIS suspects get 15-year max sentence

In advance of the sentencing of 9 Minnesota men accused of attempted to join ISIS in Syria, federal prosecutors have written a report that shows most ISIS-related terrorism defendants in the U.S. have received maximum sentences of 15 years in prison.
