Questions remain after federal agents raid St. Paul home

Questions remain after federal agents arrested a man on Tuesday in St. Paul that they say was in the U.S. illegally after previous convictions of domestic abuse. His arrest sparked a protest, where a U.S. citizen rammed an ICE vehicle. FOX 9's Karen Scullin has the latest.
