Edina considering $20 million pedestrian-only tunnel at France Avenue

The City of Edina is considering construction a tunnel for pedestrians and cyclists on France Avenue. Edina's Economic Development Manager, Bill Neuendorf, stopped by "The Afternoon Shift" to chat with Adam Llorens and Maxx Fuller about the project.
