Federal agents, protesters clash at St. Paul raid

A large crowd gathered in a St. Paul neighborhood Tuesday morning amid a federal law enforcement operation that protesters believed was an ICE raid. A man from Honduras was arrested after previously being deported and illegally re-entering the country. A U.S. citizen was arrested for ramming an ICE vehicle during the incident.
