USDA report shows China slow to buy soybeans

A new report from the U.S. Department of Agriculture is raising questions about China's commitment to buying more soybeans from U.S. farmers. Last month, U.S. officials say China agreed to begin buying more American soybeans by the new year. Farmers in the Midwest say a lot of those orders still aren't showing up.
