Record lows hit Jacksonville, Chicago sees snow

Parts of the U.S. got an early taste of winter on Monday, as record-low temperatures hit Jacksonville, Florida, while areas of Chicago received over a foot of snow. FOX 9’s meteorologist Cody Matz reports.
