Serial squatter plagues Minnesota, Wisconsin short-term renters

A Minneapolis woman is facing challenges in evicting a renter who has overstayed her welcome and hasn't paid rent since June. FOX 9's Corin Hoggard even encountered the squatter during a Thursday interview.
