Familes of DC plane crash victims file lawsuit [FULL]

The families of the Washington, D.C. mid-air plane crash announced a lawsuit Wednedsday against American Airlines, PSA Airlines and the U.S. government following the fatal incident that claimed 67 lives on Jan. 29.
