St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter joined FOX 9 All Day on Sept. 22 to discuss where St. Paul is now after a ransomware attack over the summer. He also address the city's efforts to address affordable housing. Carter, a gun owner, was also among a group of mayors calling for gun reform, saying "I'm not willing to accept us doing nothing."
