St. Paul mayor: 'I'm not willing to accept us doing nothing' about gun reform

St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter said he's a gun owner but is "not willing to accept us doing nothing" about gun reform following the Annunciation Catholic Church and School mass shooting.
