Mpls officials discuss homeless encampment shooting

A day after a mass shooting at a homeless encampment along Lake Street in south Minneapolis, officials including Mayor Jacob Frey and Police Chief Brian O'Hara discuss actions the city will take to close the property where it currently resides.
