MPD Chief talks adding officers, consent decree

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara talked Tuesday on FOX 9's All Day about adding more officers to the department, what the federal consent decree means for his unit. Right now, Minneapolis has around 634 cops, he wants to get back to more than 900.
