MPD Chief: Encampment shooting investigation in early stages

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara joined FOX 9's All Day on Tuesday to talk about the eight people shot overnight at a homeless encampment. O'Hara says the spaces are a growing problem for people addicted to fentanyl.
