Clearing Mpls encampment after mass shooting [RAW]

Crews in Minneapolis have begun clearing a homeless encampment just hours after a mass shooting left eight people injured, four critically. City officials previously called the property a "public health nuisance" and sued the property owner for refusing to clear the site at the corner of 28th and Lake Street.
