Fight to build a tiny home in Blaine

The Blaine City Council has twice rejected homeowner Alex Pepin?s plan to build a backyard tiny home, despite his applications meeting city requirements and support from the Planning Commission. Alex tells us his motivations to build the house and what he is doing now to try to get the house built.
