Minnesota leaders officially reopen Stone Arch Bridge in Minneapolis [RAW]

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey were among leaders on hand Monday afternoon to officially reopen the Stone Arch Bridge to bike and foot traffic.
