Minneapolis hosting 'Red, White & Boom' July 4 event all day

Minneapolis is celebrating the Fourth of July by hosting the "Red, White and Boom" event all day with a focus on safety. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said earlier this week anyone looking for trouble Friday night will be arrested.
