MN Owl Center raising $17 million for new facility

The International Owl Center in Houston, Minnesota, is undergoing a push to raise $17 million for a new facility. With a little more than $1 million raised already, the center?s executive director Karla Bloem spoke with FOX 9?s All Day about their effort to gather donations, and what they plan to do with them.
