DC plane crash: NTSB releases preliminary report [RAW]

The National Transportation Safety Board shared the preliminary report on the fatal midair collision between an American Airlines plane and a military helicopter near the Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C. The NTSB also recommended that the FAA prohibit helicopter operations near the airport when certain runways are used.
