Ricky Cobb's family files lawsuit in shooting

The family of Ricky Cobb II announced a lawsuit against Minnesota State Troopers Ryan Londregan, who fatally shot Cobb during a traffic stop in Minneapolis in July 2023, and Brett Seide.
