Ricky Cobb shooting: Family threatens lawsuit

On Monday the family of Ricky Cobb II, who was fatally shot during a traffic stop in Minneapolis in July 2023, announced they intend to file a lawsuit against Minnesota State Trooper Ryan Londregan resulting from his death.
