St. Paul sales tax increase on ballot Nov. 7

With an election ahead on Nov. 7, St. Paul residents will be able to vote on a 1% sales tax that would increase the city?s budget for road and maintenance projects that it says are needed. FOX 9?s Rob Olson has the details.
