Twin Cities Marathon organizer on cancellation

Around 300,000 people have been effected by the Twin Cities Marathon cancellation Sunday. Charlie Mahler, a spokesperson for Twin Cities in Motion who organizes the race, speaks on the reasoning for the cancellation.
