Kia and Hyundai thefts: New bill introduced in MN House requiring anti-theft devices in cars

Rep. Brad Tabke (DFL-Shakopee) joined FOX 9's Leah Beno to talk about a bill he authored that would require anti-theft devices in cars made since 2010. He says that if it becomes law, carmakers Kia and Hyundai would likely be forced to issue a recall for cars they produced that lack the devices and then pay for consumers to have them installed.
