St. Paul woman hit by car, killed at W. 7th and St. Clair

ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - St. Paul police have identified the pedestrian hit by a car and killed Thursday morning at West 7th Street and St. Clair Avenue as 63-year-old Kunlek Wangmo of St. Paul. The crash happened at about 6:45 a.m.

A nearby grocery store owner said the intersection is extremely busy during that time of the morning, and St. Paul police said this deadly accident is a reminder for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians to all be aware of their surroundings during dark hours.
