St. Paul circus students get lesson on 'Wheel of Steel'

(KMSP) - Circus performers at Circus Juventas in St. Paul were trained by an iconic daredevil Friday. 

Bello Nock gained fame performing on his “Wheel of Steel” on “America’s Got Talent” last year. 

Friday, Nock demonstrated his skills on the 20-foot wheel. Not only do his jaw-dropping stunts make him an exciting performer to watch, he was also a valuable teacher for circus students. 

Circus Juventas students intend to incorporate wheel training into their 2018 summer production. 

Nock’s stunts mesmerized countless viewers and helped him earn a place on TIME magazine’s list of “America’s best artists and entertainers.”
