South St. Paul Police are investigating a shooting on the 200 block of Grand Ave West.
On Wednesday at 3:47 p.m., police responded to a report of shots fired on Grand Ave West.
When officers arrived, they found an adult man who had been shot. Crews stabilized the man and took him to a local hospital.
Witnesses told police two men left the area before the officers got there. The suspects are described as black men in their late teens to early twenties.
