The IDS Center, an iconic tower in downtown Minneapolis, is officially for sale.

Chicago-based Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) was named to market for sale the 57-story, 1.43 million-square-foot office tower at 80 S. 8th Street.

HFF sold the IDS Center to Accesso Properties LLC of Hallandale Beach, Fla. in 2013 for $253 million.

Designed by American architect Philip Johnson in 1972, the property is currently 88-percent-leased and houses glass-enclosed Crystal Court, retail, an urban park and the Marquette hotel.
