District: No bathroom cap at Crystal school

After the first day of school this week, Kelsey Roadfeldt sat down with her son to go over how things went. He's a seventh grader at FAIR School in Crystal, a magnet school in the Robbinsdale school district with a focus on fine arts. She was shocked when her son mentioned a new policy that's being implemented.
