Friday night's Minnesota Twins game brought in fans from across the state, but when rain postponed the game to Saturday, the team's president went the extra mile to make sure two fans would still make it to the stadium.

It started with a social media exchange between Twins president Dave St. Peter and a Brainerd man earlier in the Friday, when St. Peter assured the fan on Twitter the game wouldn't get rained out. The fan later tweeted that the Twins had not only paid for a room in the Loews Hotel in Minneapolis, but also upgraded their tickets to seats behind home plate.
