1 dead, 1 injured after crash in Cloquet, alcohol suspected
(KMSP) - A 56-year-old man has died after a fatal crash Saturday night in Cloquet, Minnesota.
Police and fire responded to a fatal crash in the 2000 block of Carlton Avenue where they found that a Ford pickup had been traveling west on Carlton Avenue, struck a parked vehicle, and rolled, partially ejecting the driver.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger, a 29-year-old man, was transported to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
It appears alcohol could be a contributing factor in the crash.
