Wisconsin woman charged for prostitution out of chicken coop

A Polk County, Wisconsin woman is charged with prostitution after allegedly performing sexual acts for money out of a chicken coop.

27-year-old Sarah Bradehoft of Star Prairie, WI is charged with three counts of prostitution as well as child neglect.

According to the criminal complaint, in May, St. Croix County Sheriff's Office investigators contacted the Polk County Sheriff's Office after an undercover Stillwater Police officer set up a meeting in Star Prairie with Bradehoft. Bradehoft had created a Back Page ad under the name "Sabrina Clark."

Polk County deputies had also been receiving complaints that Bradehoft was neglecting her children and was involved in prostitution.

Family members told police Bradehoft moved in from Florida with her six children after Easter.

After receiving a search warrant, officers interviewed Bradehoft at her home.

She told officers she had five clients and she did her business with them in the chicken coop on the property. She said she needed the money to get back to Florida.

Bradehoft's two-year-old child tested positive for amphetamines, methamphetamine and cocaine. Child Protective Services took the four children home at the time of the police interview into custody.
