The Minnesota State Patrol reported that so far this February, nine squad cars have been hit by passing vehicles.

Over the past few weeks, many Minnesota drivers have been challenged thanks to fresh snowfall, ice and limited visibility. State Patrol reports that of those nine crashes, five involved injuries.

On Sunday, officials reported at least 375 crashes statewide and 395 spin outs.

More snow is on the way late Monday night and Tuesday morning. The State Patrol is reminding drivers to move over when they see flashing lights, and if they cannot move over, to slow down.
