Lightning strike starts fire in Isanti, Minnesota

ISANTI, Minn. (KMSP) - A lightning strike sparked a fire in Isanti, Minnesota as storms rolled through the area Monday afternoon. 

Crews are working to put out the fire, which occurred at 8th Avenue Northeast and Cajima Street near the Arts and Science Academy. 8th Avenue Northeast is closed, but people can access the area via Highway 65 and Cajima Street. 

The fire has caused power outages in the area.
