The Richard Pitino Show, Episode 7

With just three games left in the regular season, it's looking more and more like the Gophers' season might end after the Big Ten Tournament in New York City.

A series of late injuries, as well as the suspension and subsequent expulsion of center Reggie Lynch over a pair of sexual assault allegations hurt the Gophers late in the season, putting in jeopardy their chances at even appearing in the National Invitation Tournament.

Minnesota currently sits at 14-14 with an eight-game losing streak, boasting only three wins in Big Ten play.

Gophers Head Coach Richard Pitino joined Fox 9's Hobie Artigue and KFAN's Justin Gaard to talk about his team's struggles, how a new athletic facility may help recruiting for next season and even Pitino's longtime relationship with Minnesota basketball legend Flip Saunders.
