Minnetonka man seeks national chess title

MINNETONKA, Minn. (KMSP) - A Minnetonka man is getting ready to compete in one of the top tier sporting events in the country next week. There's no big arena or much cheering involved, but this chess player is all hyped up and ready take a run at a national title.

Chess players from all over the country will be in St. Louis for the U.S. Championships next week, but 22-year-old Wesley So calls the shores of Lake Minnetonka home.
