Unbelted man dies in Chisago County crash Friday morning

FRANCONIA TOWNSHIP, Minn. (KMSP) - A man has died after a crash Friday in Franconia Township, Minnesota. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
26-year-old Riley Hoff-Larocca of Taylors Falls was heading north on Highway 95 around 3 a.m. when he crossed into the southbound lanes, drove through the roundabout and rolled. The car came to rest on its roof at the intersection of Highway 8 and Highway 95.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
