'Game of Thrones' actor to blow Gjallarhorn at Vikings game

Winter is coming to the Minnesota Vikings.

This week, "The Mountain" will play a song of ice and fire before the Vikings' home game against the Green Bay Packers.

"Thor" Bjornsson, who plays Ser Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane on HBO's hit series Game of Thrones, will sound the Gjallarhorn during the pre-game ceremonies.

Bjornsson is known for his immense size and strength not only on the show, but also as a professional Strongman athlete. He won Iceland's Strongest Man from 2011 to 2016 and held the title for Europe's Strongest Man in 2014, 2015 and 2017. Last year, he finished in second place for the World's Strongest Man competition in Botswana.
